Returns policy 

 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue for you.

 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items, unless faulty:

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non refundable.

 

Exchanges 

​

The fastest way to ensure a quick exchange is to return your item. Once your return has been received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 working days depending on your card issuer. Please note that delivery charges are non refundable.

 

Shipping

To return your item, you should mail your item to: Megan’s Crafty Creations, Offley Hoo Farm, Hoo Lane, Great Offley, Hitchin, Herts, SG5 3ED.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

 

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
